The 26-year-old moves to Wodson Park from former league rivals Walthamstow, where he had been since June 2022.
He scored 25 goals for Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Cockfosters in 2021/22 and was also their managers` and players' player of the year.
He joined Cockfosters in 2018 from Hertford Town.
After starting out at Boreham Wood, he has also seen service with St Margaretsbury, Enfield Town, Chalfont St Peter and Ware.
