The 27-year-old Portuguese defender or winger had spells with Potters Bar Town, Waltham Forest, Waltham Abbey, Romford and then Northwood, who he joined in July 2018 from Staines Town.
He moved to Welwyn Garden City in September 2020 and then to league rivals Kempston Rovers in August 2021.
In the summer of 2022, he switched to Hadley but after impressing in 18 appearances for Hadley, he moved to AFC Rushden & Diamonds in January 2023.
