Central midfielder Harry Rush joins the Generals from league rivals Hanwell Town, where he was club captain last season in their debut season at Step 3 level.
Apart from a loan spell with Kings Langley, the 23-year-old had been with the Geordies since October 2018 after arriving from Harrow Borough.
An industrious player with an eye for goal, he has also turned out for Marlow and Maidenhead United.
Chesham have also re-signed attacking full back Luke Warner-Eley from another league rival, Hayes & Yeading United.
The 26-year-old played 30 times for the Generals in 2018/19 before moving to Dartford.
He moved to the SKYex Community Stadium in February 2023 following a short spell with then-Vanarama National League South side Concord Rangers.
He had moved to the Beachboys in January from Cheshunt, having been with the Ambers since September 2022.
He started the 2022/23 season with Bedford Town after arriving from National League North side Peterborough Sports, where he had been since September 2021.
He had joined St Albans City in August 2020 from Sports` league rivals Royston Town having been with the Crows since October 2019 after arriving from Harrow Borough, who he had only been with since September 2019 after joining from Dartford.
He had joined Dartford in July 2019 from Chesham where he had been since November 2018 after arriving from Barton Rovers.
He had signed for Rovers at the start of that season from St Ives Town, where he made 18 appearances the previous year as well as a 13-game spell at Uxbridge.
His other previous clubs include Uxbridge and Leverstock Green.
