The 26-year-old moves to Holloways Park from league rivals Hanwell Town.
He had joined the Geordies in January 2023 from Kings Langley having been with Kings since October 2022 after arriving from Cheshunt, who he had moved to in August 2022 from Hemel Hempstead Town.
He joined the Tudors in January 2022 from Wycombe Wanderers.
He originally signed for Hendon from St Albans City on dual registration in January 2019 and went on to make 16 appearances over the second half of the 2018/19 campaign before making the move a more permanent one in May 2019, but then signing for Wycombe in July 2021.
He came through the ranks at Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg as a youngster.
He is the son of Labour MP for Brent & North, Barry Gardiner.
