A round up of games involving clubs in the Pitching In Southern Football League.

Premier Division Central

Stamford AFC ran out comfortable 7-1 winners at United Counties League Premier Division North side Melton Town.

The Daniels scorers were Trey Charles with a first half hat-trick, including a penalty, Ricky Miller, Lee Shaw and Jenson Cooper with a brace in the second half.

Coalville Town were beaten 3-0 at the Mander Cruickshank Solicitors Stadium by Vanarama National League North side Boston United.

The Pilgrims` goals came from Tom Leak after 22 minutes, Jimmy Knowles 2 minutes later and then Jordan Richards in the 89th minute.

Redditch United were also beaten, 3-2 at Sixways by Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division neighbours Worcester Raiders.

Stratford Town enjoyed a good 3-0 win at the Arden Garages Stadium against a Birmingham City XI in Cody Fisher’s Memorial game.

Jamie Molyneux gave the Bards an early 3rd minute lead that Liam Daly doubled just 4 minutes later.

Callum Ebanks made it 3-0 just before the break.

Nuneaton Borough were beaten 4-1 by National League side Solihull Moors at The FCS Stadium.

Josh Kelly netted a hat-trick for Moors in the 20th, 40th and 43rd minutes – the last one from the spot.

Connor Tomlinson pulled one back 2 minutes into the second half, only for Max Brogan to make it 4-1 just 3 minutes later.

In front of a crowd of 1.016, Halesowen Town went down to a 3-0 defeat at The Grove to a strong side from National League Kidderminster Harriers.

Amari Morgan-Smith and Zak Brown with two on target for the visitors.

Needham Market have some silverware for their boardroom already as they beat Thurlow Nunn League Division One North outfit Framlingham Town 2-0 at Bloomfields to retain the Suffolk Champions Charity Cup.

After a goalless first half, it wasn’t until the 88th minute that the Marketmen broke the deadlock with a Jake Dye header.

And 3 minutes later, Seth Chambers converted a penalty to make sure.

It was a disappointing evening for Bromsgrove Sporting as they were beaten 3-0 at Midland League Premier Division Shifnal Town.

The hosts` goals coming from Joe Cuff, Joe Kenton and a triallist.

Alvechurch also lost, 2-1 at Lye Meadow to National League North side Banbury united.

Ken Charles and a triallist with the Puritans goals, Shay Willock replying.

Stourbridge saw off Northern Premier League Premier Division side Stafford Rangers 1-0 at the War Memorial Athletic Ground.

Alex Prosser just before the hour-mark with the Glassboys` winner.

St Ives Town won 3-0 at Wodson Park against Division One Central hosts Ware.

The Saints` goals came from Michael Richens, Tiago Nassunculo and a triallist from the spot.

Leiston beat Isthmian League North hosts Wroxham 5-2.

Goals from Joe Marsden with two, a triallist with two and Spencer Keller secured a comfortable win for the visitors.

Barwell edged a 4-3 win at the UK Flooring Direct Stadium against Northern Premier League Division One Midlands neighbours Hinckley LR.

Long Eaton United shared a 1-1 draw at Grange Park with National League North side Alfreton Town.

A Riece Bertram own goal gave the visiting Reds an early lead that Tom Cursons cancelled out just after half-time.


Premier Division South

Hungerford Town were given a test away at Wessex League Premier Division AFC Stoneham before edging a 2-1 win.

It wasn’t until the 62nd minute that the Crusaders managed to cancel out the hosts` opener on the half-hour mark when Joe Shepherd scored.

Then just 3 minutes later, Conor McDonagh bagged the winner for the visitors.

Swindon Supermarine suffered a 4-0 defeat at the Webbswood Stadium to National League South side Chippenham Town.

Craig Fasanmade bagged a brace for the Bluebirds in the 18th and 83rd minutes, with Otis Lewis on 64 minutes and a triallist in the last minute adding the others.

Harrow Borough won 3-1 at Earlsmead against Combined Counties League neighbours North Greenford United.

After Excellence Muhemba had given Harrow a 2nd minute lead, two triallists added the other goals in the 52nd and 73rd minutes.

Bracknell Town were beaten by the odd goal in seven at Isthmian League South Central side Chertsey Town.

Kamaron English and Jordan Esprit scored the Robins` first half goals as they trailed 3-2.

Bracknell had a player sent-off in the 90th minute, although they did manage to reduce the deficit to one after that through Massimo Giamattei.

Didcot Town edged a 1-0 win at Combined Counties Leaguers Ardley United.

A 22nd minute Adam Learoyd effort proved enough for Jamie Heapy’s side.

Tiverton Town shared a 2-2 draw with National League South side Bath City at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.

Jamie Richards gave the Yellows a 14th minute lead that Matt Britton doubled 2 minutes before half-time.

Dan Hayfield reduced the deficit almost immediately after the break and then Luke Russe levelled on 56 minutes.

Dorchester Town were well beaten 5-0 at The Avenue Stadium by National League South side Yeovil Town.

Yeovil led 1-0 at half-time thanks to a goal from a triallist striker.

Rhys Murphy scored a delightful second before a quick brace from Jordan Maguire-Drew and a fine fifth from Frank Nouble made it a nap hand.

Sholing ran out 4-2 winners at Wessex League neighbours Hamble Club.

Jake Adams bagged a brace with Jake Cope and Brad Targett adding the others for the Boatmen.

Merthyr Town entertained National League South side Eastbourne Borough behind-closed-doors at The Vale Resort.

A brace from Decarrey Sheriff and goals from Fletcher Holman and Jack Clarke seal a 4-2 win for the Sussex outfit.

Beaconsfield Town won 3-1 at Holloways Park against Isthmian League South Central side Badshot Lea.

A first half Elliott Buchanan brace and then Jonathan Hippolyte 15 minutes from time with the Rams goals.


Division One Central

Leighton Town went down to a 3-2 defeat at Bell Close to Premier Division South side Chesham United.

The Generals led 2-1 at the break with goals from Shaquille Hippolyte-Patrick and a triallist after Jake Watkinson had given the hosts an 18th minute lead.

Charlie Pattison equalised in the 58th minute and then Karl Oliyide sealed Chesham’s win on 62 minutes.

Biggleswade Town made the extremely short journey to Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division neighbours Biggleswade United and came away with a good 4-0 derby win.

Harry Draper, Luke Andrews, Matt Goldbourne and a triallist with the Waders goals.

New-look Kempston Rovers suffered a 3-1 defeat at Hillgrounds by ambitious Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division neighbours Real Bedford.

Another club with plenty of new faces on view, Bedford Town, had a good 1-0 win at Premier Division South Hendon’s Silver Jubilee Park.

A 53rd minute goal from a triallist won it for the Eagles.

Thame United suffered a disappointing 4-0 home defeat to Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side MK Irish.

Callum Hirst opened the scoring from distance just before half-time, and two goals from Mason Davis either side of another for Ryan Smith secured a comfortable win.

Stotfold were beaten 5-2 at home to Premier Division Central neighbours Hitchin Town.

Finley Wilkinson netted a hat-trick for the Canaries, with Steve Gleeson and Isaac Galliford adding the others, Archie Sayer and a triallist replying late on for the hosts.


Division One South

Paulton Rovers ran out 3-0 winners at Winterfield Road against Toolstation Western League Premier Division side Welton Rovers.

Martin Lenihan, Kye Simpson and a triallist with the Rovers` goals.

Yate Town went down to a 1-0 defeat at home to Championship side Bristol City’s under-23 side.

Frome Town, meanwhile, shared a o-o draw at The Tannery against Western League Premier Division side Street.

Bashley were edged out by the odd goal in five at the Glen Mex Stadium by Premier Division South side Winchester City in the Dave Jose Memorial Trophy.

Conor Lynch with two and Mark Jamison with the Citizens goals.

Mousehole AFC ran out 7-0 winners at Trungle Parc against amateurs from East London, Upton Park.

Callum McOnie and Tallon Mitchell both bagged braces for the hosts.

Bideford AFC went down to a 2-0 defeat at Western League Premier Division Bridgwater United.


Wednesday’s games

Premier Division Central club Long Eaton United were beaten 3-2 at United Counties League Premier Division North neighbours Heanor Town.

The visitors took an early lead through summer signing Adam Clark - an advantage they held until break.

However, a strong second half performance from the hosts saw them take the lead with three goals.

In the final minutes Casey Johnson found a consolation for the Blues which saw the match end 3-2.

Leamington shared a 1-1 draw with Leicester City’s under-21s.

An 80th minute equaliser by Adam Walker saw the Brakes pull level.

Premier Division South Gosport Borough were held to a 0-0 home draw by Wessex Leaguers Fleetlands.

Better news for AFC Totton, however, as they beat Isthmian League Premier Division side Bognor Regis Town 2-0 at the Snows Stadium with goals from Matty Burrows and a triallist.

Division One South club Tavistock AFC beat an Exeter City XI 2-1 at Langsford Park.

Ben Fowles and Colin Pritchard, although the young Grecians` keeper proved a bit of a hero, saving two penalties!

Tavistock’s new league rivals Cribbs beat Hereford Lads Club 3-0 with goals from George Kellow, Bailey Croome and an own goal.

Bristol Manor Farm showed no mercy on Western League Division One hosts Bishop Sutton, running out 7-0 winners.

Jayden Nielsen and Ben Bament both bagged braces, Alfie Cumming slotted home a penalty and Josh Ford and Theo Llewellyn added the others.

Exmouth Town went two better than Manor Farm – hammering the Royal Marines 9-0!

Levi Landricombe netted a hat-trick, there were braces for Dean Billingsley and a triallist and singles for Ethan Slater and Harvey Dorath.

Willand Rovers edged out Western League Premier Division new boys Brixham with goals from Ryan Guppy and Josh Baker.
