Stokes and Livermore are both graduates of League Two side Newport County AFC’s academy.
Stokes, 18, joined Newport at a very young age and has been a mainstay in their academy teams over the last few years.
Following a successful spell within the academy set-up, the 18-year-old featured in the matchday squad of several first-team games last season.
Livermore is another talented individual who progressed through the Exiles ranks.
The 20-year-old made his first start for Newport in a 3–1 EFL Trophy defeat to Plymouth Argyle and made his Football League debut for the Exiles in September 2021 as a second half substitute in the 2-2 League Two against Leyton Orient.
Following a successful spell at the Exiles, the midfielder was called up to represent the intermediate age groups of Cymru, featuring for the Wales under-19 squad for the 2022 UEFA European Under-19 championship qualifying matches in Norway against Georgia, Norway and Kosovo in October 2021.
After his release from County at the end of 2021/22 season, he signed for National League North outfit Hereford in February 2023, but only made one appearance during the remainder of the season.
