Searle has signed a one-year contract ahead of the 2023/24 season.
After initially signing for `Marine as an emergency signing in April he played the last six league games and was a huge success which saw the club cement their highest-ever league position with a sixth-place finish and just missing out on a playoff place.
The vastly experienced 37-year-old Searle joined `Marine from AFC Totton.
He had only moved to the Stags in January 2023 from Vanarama National League South neighbours Havant & Waterlooville.
He had re-joined the Hawks in July 2021 having re-signed for Wessex League club Baffins Milton Rovers in May 2020 from `Marine’s league rivals Salisbury.
He had joined the Whites in October 2019 from Isthmian League Premier Division side Bognor Regis Town, who he had moved to in July 2019 from the Whites.
He originally joined Salisbury in June 2017 from Havant and returned to the Raymond McEnhill Stadium after an excellent first spell on loan in the club’s inaugural season of 2015/16 when he helped the Whites to the Wessex League title and the semi-final of the FA Vase with some outstanding displays.
As well as Salisbury, he also had loan spells with AFC Totton and Petersfield Town whilst on the Hawks` books.
Spalding has also signed midfield player Brandon Liggett.
Liggett, who made his `Marine debut against Weymouth last Saturday, joins on a season-long loan from League One side Cheltenham Town and will be keen to gain experience.
