Henry Makes More Permanent Rouslers Move

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Bromsgrove Sporting have announced the signing of striker Prince Henry for the new season which begins next Saturday.

The 20-year-old is a strong and athletic powerhouse of a striker who knows where the goal is.

Henry is no stranger to Rouslers` supporters, however, as he joined on loan from Championship side Bristol City in March 2023 for the remainder of the season.

Henry was a member of City's under-18 side that reached the last sixteen of the FA Youth Cup in 2020/21, having been a product of the Robins` academy, and is currently a member of the under-23 squad.

He began the 2021/22 season on a month`s on loan with Hungerford Town, then in the Vanarama National League South.

He moved down the M5 to the Optima Stadium to join Weston-super-Mare in October 2021, initially for a month which was extended, and he scored 6 times in 17 games for the Seagulls.

In February 2022, he moved further down the M5 to sign for Taunton Town, who he helped win the Premier Division South title.

He started the 2022/23 season on loan with Yate Town, before returning to Ashton Gate at the beginning of December when he was sent straight back out again to Tiverton Town.

In February he was loaned to Sporting’s league rivals Alvechurch, supposedly for the remainder of the season, but he was called back by Bristol City and sent back out to the Rouslers.

Henry is the cousin of former Liverpool and England striker Daniel Sturridge.
