The 36-year-old started his career at Bolton Wanderers before moves to Southend United and Wealdstone.
After a long spell at Redbridge, he represented Aveley, Enfield Town, Bishop's Stortford and VCD Athletic.
In the 2017/18 season he played for Waltham Abbey and London Lions and joined Grays Athletic for the 2018/19 season.
He made 42 appearances for Grays in the Isthmian League North last season.
He captained the Maccabi Great Britain football team in the European Games in Budapest in July/August 2019.
They won their three group matches, against Sweden (4-0), Spain (9-0) and Switzerland (4-1) and beat Belgium 4-0 in the semi-finals and lifted the cup when they triumphed 2-1 over France in the final in August 2019. Joined Ware in July 2023.
Meanwhile, Joe Dearman, who joined Ware midway through last season from Welwyn Garden City and made 17 appearances, has agreed to remain at Wodson Park for 2023/24.
