Weatherstone Brings in Aussie Midfielder

Pitching In Southern League Division One Central club Welwyn Garden City have added Australian born midfielder Adam Pollock to their squad.

The hard-working, industrious midfielder is stepping up from Step 6 football in this country, having been with Enfield Borough in the Thurlow Nunn League Division One South last season.

He has been on trial at the Pexhurst Stadium throughout pre-season and joins the Citizens, after being recommended to manager Marc Weatherstone by a notable Australian coach, who has worked in the Football League, in Welsh football and has European experience.
