The 21-year-old has impressed the Bards` supporters during pre-season.
He started his career with Coventry City, where he signed his first professional contract in October 2018.
A month later he made his debut in an EFL Trophy game against Cheltenham Town.
In September 2020, Ngandu joined Icelandic 1. deild karla side Keflavík on loan and made 4 appearances.
He was released by Coventry at the end of the 2021/22 season and in August 2022 he moved to Scottish Championship side Hamilton Academical and appeared 9 times in the first team.
In February 2023, he joined Scottish League Two side Stranraer on loan until the end of the season, playing 5 times and scoring his only senior goal.
