Able to play a deeper role and get on the ball due to his very good technical levels and great range of passing, he is also a box-to-box midfielder and bring energy to the team.
The 20-year-old had been with Thame since July 2022.
A former Oxford United youth team player and skipper, he spent time playing in Sweden with second tier side Gottne IF before returning to England for pre-season.
He came through the ranks at Oxford and played in the under-18s as a schoolboy.
Kidlington boss Mark Massingham told his club’s website: "I am delighted! Very happy to get Jack in as he’s someone I have watched since his Oxford days and I have only ever been impressed with him, especially when he’s played against us.
“He has had a lot of other offers so to get him over the line is a major bonus and he compliments the other midfielders very well. He knows the league and is a good character to get in the group, he is a big addition and I am looking forward to working with him and I know his mate Fergie is very happy!"
