The 25-year-old right back joins the Rouslers from Vanarama National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town, where he had been since January 2023 after being with St Ives Town since August 2022.
He started his career with Premier League Brentford before moving to Liverpool, where he signed a professional contract before being released by the Reds in 2018.
He then moved to Cymru Premier side The New Saints where he played in the Champions League qualifiers.
He then switched to fellow Welsh side Cefn Druids before impressing in pre-season for St Ives ahead of the last campaign.
