The 18-year-old joins the Ravens on a short-term loan deal due to Paul White's suspension and in addition the club are awaiting on international clearance for Tom Carter.
Evans has trained with the squad this week and will be in the matchday squad for tomorrow's league opener away at Stourbridge.
