Having lost the full-time services of Adam Carter, who has joined South West Peninsula League side St Austell on dual registration, manager Lee Hobbs moves swiftly to bring back Wright from Division One South side Bideford AFC.
The 32-year-old had only re-joined Bideford in May 2023 from Truro City.
He had returned to the White Tigers in August 2022 having re-signed for Tiverton Town in June 2021 from Parkway, who he had originally signed for in May 2020 from Taunton Town.
He had originally been with the Peacocks from the summer of 2016 from Truro.
An experienced striker whose early career was spent at Swansea City and Crystal Palace including a loan spell at Woking, he helped Salisbury win the Southern Premier play-offs before a stint in Sweden followed with Pitea IF in 2012.
He then went on to feature for Tiverton and Bideford until joining Truro later in 2014.
Parkway also brought in talented midfielder Alex Cairo ahead of the big kick-off.
After an impressive trial period during pre-season, the club understood the potential that Cairo will bring to the team and are delighted to have captured his signature.
The midfielder has enjoyed successful spells with various clubs in the region.
Last season, he played a role in Saltash United’s outstanding campaign, where they finished second in the highly competitive Toolstation Western League, coming within a whisker of the eventual champions, Mousehole.
During pre-season, he quickly made his mark with a series of standout performances - the highlight was a fine goal against Taunton Town, showcasing his ability and creativity on the field.
Earlier, Hobbs brought Oscar Halls into Bolitho Park on a three-month loan from Championship neighbours Plymouth Argyle.
A Penzance boy, the highly rated defender signed his professional contract with the Greens at the end of the 2022/23 season.
He made his first team debut in the EFL Trophy and a 1-1 draw at Home Park against Bristol Rovers and scored his first senior goal in a 3-1 victory away to Swindon Town.
