The experienced 32-year-old joins Boro from Berkhamsted, where he had been since July 2022.
He had re-joined Stratford Town in July 2021 having returned to Daventry Town in the summer of 2020 from Stratford, who he had returned to in June 2020 from Barwell, having moved to the Canaries from them in January 2020.
He made over 50 appearances for Stratford after originally joining them from AFC Rushden & Diamonds in September 2018.
He had spent three seasons with Diamonds following a 43-game spell with Leamington.
He started his career at Northampton Town and has also had stints at Brackley Town, Rugby Town, Banbury United, Woodford United, Daventry Town, Kettering Town and Bedford Town.
