The 25-year-old creative player joins the Poppies from Vanarama National League side Gateshead.
He had previously been with Wrexham, where he had been since January 2020 after arriving from Championship side Stoke City.
He played for the Potters at the Racecourse Ground in pre-season and signed an 18-month contract with the Dragons.
He had been in a regular in Stoke`s Premier League 2 side.
He transferred to Gateshead in July 2022 before being loaned to Hereford in January 2023 until the end of the 2022/23 season.
