Westbury United have confirmed a ground-share agreement with Melksham Town for four games over the course of the next month.
Work is required at their Platinum Hyundai Park home to increase the size of the dressing rooms in order to meet Southern League criteria.
Therefore they will play four ‘home’ games at Oakfield Stadium, starting, ironically, against Melksham Town on Bank Holiday Monday and continuing against Malvern Town on September 2nd, Bemerton Heath Harlequins in the Isuzu FA Trophy on September 9th and against Wimborne Town on September 28th.
"We can’t thank Darren [Perrin, Chairman], the board and Melksham as a community enough for their generosity and support,” the club said in a statement. “We will forever be grateful to them for their kindness and approach in helping us through this difficult time.”
