Collaborative Approach For Dorchester Town

Manager keen to get off the mark with first win of the season

Dorchester Town are looking to get off the mark with their first League win of the season over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The Dorset side have drawn one and lost three of their opening four games so far.

“This League is even stronger this year,” admitted manager, Glenn Howes. “Whoever you play, you underestimate anybody at your peril.

“We have to show a huge amount of personality and character. We have to defend as a team, that starts from number nine to our goalkeeper.

“There’s got to be a real togetherness, collective and collaborative approach.”

They welcome Chesham United to the Avenue Stadium on Saturday before heading to Poole Town on Monday.
