AFC Telford United manager, Kevin Wilkin, admitted that he is still learning about his players as they slipped to their second defeat of the season at the hands of Barwell on Saturday.
“We played well enough for 30 minutes,” he said. “We passed the ball around well and nullified the threats of our hosts.
“We had moments, but it just shows the importance of being able to take your chances when they come along.
“I am still learning about the players’ capabilities; they have to be able to take responsibility for their roles within the team and it is evident that in certain areas, this needs to improve.”
The Bucks are back at home on Monday with the visit if Halesowen Town, a game that is sure to attract a large crowd.
