Redditch United are finding some form as they made it five games unbeaten at the weekend with a commanding 5-0 victory over Boldmere St. Michaels to make Emirates FA Cup progress.
Emerging defender, Finn Howell, has come in on a one-month loan from Vanarama National League outfit, Solihull Moors, and impressed in his outings so far.
“It was a good game for us,” he said. “We started really well and got ourselves into a three-goal lead quite quickly and were solid throughout the whole game.
“This kind of victory has been coming for us; I was pleased with my own performance and want to keep building in each new game.
“My aim is to stay in the team during my time here so I know that I have to reach these standards in the next game to be able to do that.
“I’ve settled in quickly here. I like the style of play, I like the Gaffer and all of the lads so it’s a chance for me to help the club get to where it wants to be and give the fans something to cheer about.”
Next up for The Reds are a couple of challenging away trips to Hitchin Town and Coalville Town.
