There is some good Matchday Programme news coming out of Biggleswade Town.
After going digital for a couple of years, the club will be reverted back to printed copies for Saturday’s visit of AFC Dunstable in the Pitching In Southern League Division One Central.
“We believe that the fans and indeed the players deserve the joy of holding a physical copy,” said a club spokesperson. “We are going back to selling printed copies at the weekend and the interest in this will fuel our commitment to making the publication even better.
“We know that supporters attending our games have missed printed programmes, so we are delighted to be able to bring them back.”
The Waders go into Saturday’s game sat in third place in the table, just three points off the top. They face opponents who are vying to get back into the play-off places in what is developing into a keenly-contested division both at the top and bottom of the table.
We always enjoy seeing printed programmes on sale at games and we hope that Biggleswade Town’s decision will be backed by sales.
