Southern League announce Preferred Energy Consultant partnership

The Southern League is delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Troo Ltd., who become our Preferred Energy Consultant.

Troo delivers a nationwide service and is committed to reducing energy consumptions, carbon emissions and costs through their various services.

The intention of the partnership is for SFL Clubs, their sponsors and business contacts, to benefit from Troo’s experience, best advice, account management and competitive solutions; a one-stop-shop for utilities.

Troo’s services include Energy & Water Procurement, ESOS 3 support, Renewable Energies, Battery Storage, LED Lighting and Electric Vehicle Charging solutions. Troo has helped many clubs to achieve energy savings, introduced new income through a Partnership with the clubs and also organised B2B Networking Events resulting in additional sponsorships taken.

In this way there is direct and indirect benefit to clubs and their sponsors.

Mark Boyce, Troo Partnership Manager, said: “We engage with all clubs through a consultative approach so they can benefit from our competitive services. We are committed to not only reduce a club’s costs and become greener but also to help them generate additional income and new business opportunities. We hope all clubs will become valued Partners.”

League Acting Chair David Martin commented: “This is a great opportunity for our Member Clubs. We have found a company which can assist in saving energy and reducing costs to financially benefit our clubs.

“They can also help increase revenues through introductions and networking events to further embed clubs in their communities, so this is a positive Partnership for all to benefit from.”
