There was a special visitor at Berkhamsted for their pre-Christmas encounter with Chertsey Town on Saturday.
Local MP Victoria Collins attended the Pitching In Southern League Premier South clash at the invitation of the League’s main sponsor, Pitching In.
She was given a tour of the ground and even helped out behind the bar in the Club House before presenting certificates to the club’s hard-working volunteers. She also found out more about the Volunteer Hub and Trident community grants.
Whilst the game ended in a 2-1 defeat for the home side, it proved to be an enjoyable and informative visit.
