The 25-year-old has recently returned from the United States where he was back playing for New Orleans Jesters in the National Premier Soccer League and was named in the league`s best players for 2021.
He had returned to the States having been back at Isthmian League Premier Division side Bognor Regis Town since November 2019.
The son of former England, Liverpool and Portsmouth ace Paul Walsh originally joined the Rocks in August 2018 after his first stint with New Orleans Jesters.
He began his career with AFC Bournemouth before moving to Altrincham, Hednesford Town and Salisbury.
He re-joined Bognor having completed a successful season with Chattanooga, who finished their inaugural season in the National Premier Soccer League as Western Conference champions, with Walsh scoring 3 goals during the season.
