Striker Pearce was Thame’s top scorer last season with 15 goals.
The vastly experienced 32-year-old had been with the Red Kites since early November 2021.
He had re-joined the Ducks` landlords, Southern Premier South side Chesham United, in 2018, having previously spent two seasons with the Generals before signing for Vanarama National League South outfit Oxford City.
He was previously at Hemel Hempstead Town, where he scored 17 goals in the team that won the 2013/14 Southern Premier title.
He joined Hemel in February 2011 following the demise of Windsor & Eton.
He originally came through the youth set-up at Wycombe Wanderers, and had enjoyed a successful loan period at Bracknell Town.
Wells told his club’s website: “I'm thrilled to welcome Pearcey to the club. We've had some really honest conversations about the project at hand, and for him to buy into it really excites me. Having watched him at Oxford City and most recently at Thame, his ability to find space and hurt sides is going to fit in so well with what I have planned for the side this coming season.”
Beadle is a 17-year-old central midfielder who came through the youth and development system at Thame before breaking into the first team last season.
Wells added: “Hayden is a little gem of a signing. For a young lad he loves getting on the ball and won't go hiding when under pressure. I'm really excited to help him develop as a player and I'm sure he will thrive in our environment."
The squad will be further strengthened by the return of Jack Moriarty, the winner of the Gary Hawksworth Memorial Trophy for most improved player last season.
Moriarty returns having played 34 games for the Ducks last season, scoring 3 times.
He joined the club in September from Bedford Town, quickly establishing himself as a regular in midfield.
However, the Ducks are losing Mark Riddick, who has decided to accept an offer to play at a higher level next season after four seasons and 101 appearances for the club.
