Attacking midfielder Tamplin returns to the Ducks having made his debut as a 17-year-old substitute in December 2021, making 3 appearances as a squad member that season while on dual registration with Spartan South Midlands League side Winslow United, where he continued to play for the previous two seasons.
He has also played for Risborough Rangers and Winslow’s under-18s, and was a member of the team who took on Ipswich Town in the FA Youth Cup First Round at Portman Road in the 2021/22 season.
Aylesbury manager Jack Wells told his club’s website: “From his very first session you could see quite clearly Rocko had technical ability coming out of his ears. What we have tried to do in our first four/five sessions is plan around the way we want to play this season and see how players adapt to that. Rocko is a perfect example of somebody who will thrive in that type of environment. I know he was wanted by a few other clubs so I'm thrilled he's trusted us with his development.”
Twenty-five-year-old defender Daryl Bryan-Samuels counts East Thurrock United, Northwood, Marlow and Guildford City mong his previous clubs.
Wells added: “Daryl is another that gives us relevant experience at the level. He's very technically gifted and will be a big presence in the changing room. He's really brought into what we want to do with the group and I'm excited to see him in the green and white”.
